The Borough provides digital parking meters. The current rate is $0.25 per 30 minute time slot. 

Parking meters are located at the flowing locations. 

• Oak Street
• 2nd Street and 2nd Street Parking lot
• 3rd Street and 3rd Street Parking lot
• 4th Street and 4th Street Parking lot
• 5th Street and 5th Street Parking lot

Main Street is 2 hour parking only. 

Parking Enforcement is provided by Irwin Police Department and the Parking Enforcement Officer. Any parking ticket issues would be handled by the Borough Police Department at 724-864-3103.

Parking Passes are $25.00 per month and can be purchased in the Borough Office located at 424 Main Street.
